- East Central Illinois Autism Connection
This website has been developed by a group of parent advocates and professionals who provide autism services in East Central Illinois. The site's purpose is to provide area families with one consolidated resource for local autism events, organizations, and contacts. The site contains a calendar of upcoming events, a directory of area organizations and contacts, links to the websites of participating organizations, and a place where organizations can submit upcoming events to be included in the calendar.

- Social Skills Form
Complete and submit this form if your child is new to The Autism Program at CTF and will be attending our Social Skills Group or Play Group. It is the "Autism Social Skills Profile" developed by Scott Bellini at the Indiana Resource Center for Autism.
- Visual Aid Request Form
Complete and submit this form if you would like TAP to design a customized visual aid for an individual with autsim. This could be a calendar, choice board, schedule, or other visual aid. Please note that there may be a nominal fee for some visual aids to cover our cost for materials.

Complete and submit this form to register as a new member of The Young Adult Club (YAC) of Champaign. Note: Do not use this form if joining YAC in Charleston (use the form listed below).
