Join us on Saturday, June 10, for Yoga at the Painted Turtle!

Instructor Jenny Bermingham will be offering two sessions for $15 each:

8:00AM Beginner: If you have never done yoga before, this is the class for you! Come learn the fundamental standing and seated poses to keep your spine healthy. You'll also learn how your breathing can create ease in the pose and still the mind through a short meditation. This class is also perfect for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket/beach towel.

9:00AM Gentle: Grab your mat instead of your coffee to relax! Slowly awaken every muscle with gentle movement and use your breath to unwind the mind. This class is suitable for anyone with at least a little yoga experience. Please bring a yoga mat and any props you use in your own practice.
