DEVELOPMENTAL TRAINER (DT) POSITIONS AVAILABLE


Developmental Trainers (DT)

Do you have the desire to teach? Help people reach their full potential? Are you an encouraging person with patience and the capability to help those in need achieve new levels of success? Developmental Trainers are needed to assist individuals with developmental disabilities, with workplace and daily living skills consistent with individual training goals in day training programs. Create excitement and help our individuals grow with your support. 

Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available.  Must be available during normal business hours on a consistent basis. Full-Time positions will work with our individuals daily from 8a-4p, Part-Time positions will work MWF 8a-4p.  No experience required. We pay for your training. $9.50 an hour to start. $9.75 after completion of training; raise after one year of service. Full-Time positions also offer full benefits.

Must be 18 years old w/ HS diploma/GED.  Requires successful completion of criminal background checks. Requires valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
